Clams. The original Two Docks product and still one of our favorites. Classic, versatile, flavorful. As part of a dish or a standalone protein, clams are a wonderful, healthy choice. Ours are slightly salty and usually have a gorgeous white shell that comes from being reared in the sandy bottom of Tampa Bay.

Oysters

Oysters! America’s favorite bivalve. On the half shell, baked, grilled, fried, or however else you like ‘em, Two Docks puts a superior oyster on your plate every time. Named in honor of the big bridge that links the two halves of the Tampa Bay community, our Skyway Sweets are a delicate, salty, slightly acidic bite. We know you’ll love them. And when our oysters are unavailable, we are committed sourcing high quality oysters from other parts of the SE USA.
